• If you have paid for tickets to an event, the tickets will have been emailed as an attachment to the email address provided. If you cannot locate them in your inbox, please also check your spam/junk mail folders.
• TicketHost acts as the Ticket Seller for many event holders. If you have a query regarding a specific event, you will generally get the fastest response by contacting the event holder directly. Event holder contact details are located on the ticket selection page for your event. (Search Events)
• If you would like to make an Order Cancellation Request, please use the Order Details Hub link in your purchase confirmation email.
