If your tickets are to be delivered via email and have not yet arrived in your Inbox, there are 2 common explanations:
- The email has been caught by a spam filter and is in your Spam or Junk folder rather than your Inbox. Please consider adding TicketHost.com.au to your list of safe senders to ensure successful delivery of future emails.
- You may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing your TicketHost order. If you suspect this is the case, contact the event organiser and they will resend your tickets to the correct email address.
If you registered an account at TicketHost (ie. you did not purchase as a
Guest), you can re-send the ticket email yourself by following these steps:
- Login to TicketHost
- Select the My Orders link from the top menu
- Select the order that you wish to re-send by clicking on the order row
- Click on the Email Tickets button
If you didn't register an account with TicketHost, contact the Event Organiser and ask them to re-send the ticket email. Contact details for the Event Organiser are located on the right hand side of the ticket quantity selection page for your event.
The event organiser determines the refund policy for an event and is responsible for authorising all refunds. Contact details for the Event Organiser are located on the right hand side of the ticket quantity selection page for your event.
Most Event Organisers are happy to accept tickets displayed on a smart phone or tablet device, however we recommend that you check with them directly.
The email you received from TicketHost should contain a link that will allow you to View/Print your invoice. If you haven't received an email or the link is not present or not working, please
Contact TicketHost
If you would like your invoice to be in a different name to that of the purchaser (eg. a business name), please
Contact TicketHost and notify us of the required details.
If you are unable to login to TicketHost, resetting Chrome back to default settings may resolve the problem. Information on how to reset Chrome is available on the
Chrome Help page. Please ensure that you read the
What changes when you restore your settings section before proceeding.
