Smiles Within – Frankston

Smiles Within is a welcoming, alcohol-free space for women to come together for meaningful and sometimes challenging conversations, conversations that invite growth through shared experience.

Hosted in Frankston, our ticketed events create a sense of safety and trust while encouraging honest dialogue. We lean into real experiences, listening deeply to one another to gain insight, perspective, and understanding. These gatherings aren’t about fixing or advising—they’re about being present, learning from each other, and growing together through open conversation.

There’s no expectation to have the answers or to show up a certain way. Smiles Within values presence over perfection, curiosity over judgement, and connection over performance. Whether you arrive with friends or come on your own, you’ll be welcomed into a space built on respect, warmth, and shared humanity.

Each ticket is $30 per person and includes a welcoming selection of beverages, soft non-alcoholic drinks, and shared entrees to enjoy throughout the evening. The shared table is part of the experience, an easy way to settle in, connect, and feel at home.

Main meals are optional but encouraged. If you’d like a meal, simply choose from the venue’s menu and pay for your dish on the night, allowing you to enjoy the evening in a way that suits you.
