1 The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case participants will receive a full refund. 2 Participants who need to cancel their registration must do so at least 48 hours before the event to receive a partial refund (half of the registration fee). Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable. 3 No-shows will not be refunded.
