My child's participation in this program is voluntary. I understand that the selected activities may involve accidental injury and hereby voluntarily assume such risks. Knowing these risks, I want my child to participate in this activity. I (on behalf of my child) hereby assume the risk, and hereby waive, release, and discharge Kew Junction Business Association, its officers, employees, activity instructors and assistants, and all officers and employees of the school or community centre sites where said activity will take place, for any and all claims for damages for personal injuries, or claims for damages to property, which my child or my child's heirs, assigns, executors or administrators may have or which may accrue to my child's participation in this activity. I have read the above and understand important legal rights are being waived.

Warnings: We request that children do not attend if they show any signs of a possible illness.

Please Note: Each child will need to bring their own laptop to participate. To prepare for the workshop, please create an account for your child on the Scratch website beforehand, so they are ready to start coding right away.

While we strongly encourage each child to bring their own laptop, we have a very limited number of devices (only six) available for borrowing. If your child doesn’t have access to a suitable device, please let us know during the ticketing process.

Participants are encouraged to bring water and nut-free snack - no sharing of food.

ONLY book your child for this session if they are between 7 - 12 years. For health & safety reasons, do not book them if they fall outside of this age range.
