Whilst entering data in TicketHost event related screens there are 3 built-in sources of information
1) Page Level Help
Click on the the orange Help icon which is generally located in the top right corner of the screen.
This will pop-up a screen containing information about the requirements for the data entry fields located on the screen.
2) Field Level Help
Click on the the blue Information icon which is located adjacent to fields that may require additional explanation.
This will pop-up a screen containing more detailed information about the specific requirements for the field.
3) Field Title Help
Hovering over the field title will display a tooltip providing a brief explanation of the data entry requirements for the field.
