- When you purchase tickets from TicketHost a confirmation email is sent to your nominated address and should arrive within a few minutes.
- If your order payment has been completed, the tickets will be attached to the email in PDF format.
- If you opted to pay via EFT, the confirmation email will not have the tickets attached, but rather will include the bank account details for you to complete your payment. Once your payment is received and processed by TicketHost the tickets will be emailed to you.
If you are unable to locate the email containing your tickets, we suggest the following steps:
- Check your Junk and/or Spam folders as some email service providers occasionally flag TicketHost Order Confirmation emails as spam. To reduce these occurences we recommend adding the tickethost.com.au domain name to your Safe Senders or Never Block list.
- If you registered an account with TicketHost (ie. did not place your order as a Guest), you can login to the website, locate your order and resend the tickets. My Orders
- Contact the Event Organiser for your event and request your tickets be re-sent. The Organiser's contact details are available on the event page.
- Contact TicketHost and request a resend. Please provide us with details of your order number and/or email address and purchase details so that we can locate your order.
